core topics in both environmental engineering and occupational health and
safety. Suitable
for use in preparing for the Certified Safety Professional exam and
relevant to all engineering disciplines. This training module
begins with an overview of EPA and OSHA regulations in the Environmental, Heath
and Safety field. A presentation on the principles of environmental engineering
includes: pollution prevention, waste and wastewater treatment and disposal,
environmental statistics, air emissions and abatement engineering as well as
hazardous waste storage and containment.
